True story: last week my son and I went to Five Guys just for the cash back. We spent about $35 without even trying and a few days later I saw $7 and change show up in my Upside account. Those fries at the bottom of the bag hit different when you’re getting paid to eat.

I pick up deliveries here all the time and every single time it smells amazing. The atmosphere is warm, folks are smiling, and the plates I see going out look serious. This one is high on my “sit down and enjoy” list.

If you’ve never had Bonchon’s Korean fried chicken, let me warn you: it’s addictive. I will admit, parking over there can be a little rough—that’s my only complaint. But the food plus the cash back makes it worth strategizing your parking.

I’m impressed with how creative Papa John’s has gotten. Beyond the pizza, they’ve got Papadias, Papa Bowls, and a dessert lineup that deserves its own standing ovation: Salted Caramel Blondie, Cinnamon Pull-Aparts, Oreo Papa Bites… yeah, it’s dangerous in there.

Chipotle needs no long introduction. When I’m on the go and want something “halfway healthy,” it’s one of my go-to spots. Burrito bowl, chips, salsa, and a little cash back on top = win.
Why I Sometimes Drive Just for the Cash Back
I’ll be honest with you:
I love getting cash back so much that sometimes I go to these restaurants and gas stations just for the Get Upside offer.
