Hello my name is Tershia and this is my Aasonida DC218 vlogging 4K digital camera review with pictures. By the end of this review I am hoping that you will be able to have a better understanding of this camera and it ‘s capabilities. What it can and can not do with regard to taking pictures , audio quality, and video. Let ‘s jump right in!
So I will let you know right off the bat. I do not recommend this Aasonida camera. I will continue to play around with and research it. But I am not sold as if yet. I am new to vlogging so this is my experience and opinion.

First Impressions of the Aasonida 4K Digital Camera
I was hype when I found out my next review was a digital camera. As someone with a graphic design background, this was right up my alley! I wasn’t expecting a top-tier, touchscreen, press-one-button and win an academy award type of camera, but still, I was excited. We’re talking about a camera made for vloggers! Something simple and cute. Something that says, “Hey, I’m on a budget, but I’m bougie.” A budget-friendly camera for the content creator just stepping onto the scene. And this is what they gave me.
Now listen. The specs were speccing! 4K Digital Camera, 64MP, dual lens, vlogging ready, autofocus, anti shake, time lapse, 16X zoom, and a charging stand. It was giving potential. The kind that makes you sit up straight and whisper, “Okayyy camera, I see you!” So naturally, I got excited. I just knew this little thing was gonna eat for the price.
Plot twist: It did not eat. I felt betrayed.
The instructions? They existed, but barely. Thankfully, I’m tech savvy so I was able to fumble my way through setup, formatting the memory card, and figuring out that this isn’t a touchscreen. You have to clickety-click through tiny buttons.
Once I got past the navigation, I decided to test out the still shots. Point. Shoot. Boom. Easy, right? And yes, the pictures came out clear. I’ll give it that. Good detail, nice light, no weird fish eye distortion like your front- facing phone camera. But there was one tiny issue…The color.

Color of Pictures For Aasonida Digital Camera
Now, let me paint the scene. My home is boho-chic perfection. Creams, beiges, yellows, greenery. Sunlight beaming through like I live in a Pinterest board. But this camera? This camera said, “Forget your aesthetic—everything’s yellow now.” Not golden hour. Not warm glow. I’m talking full-on highlighter mustard. Every picture looked like I dipped it in French’s. Everything was screaming Dijon.
I thought maybe it was me, so I went full tech mode, adjusting, tweaking, tilting. And sure, sometimes the color shifted back to normal… if I held it just right, in a sacred pose, under a full moon. But 85% of the time…mustard. So I packed it up and took it to the beach. Surely it’s just my house, right? Wrong. So, so wrong. I took one picture and boom, everything was blue. And there it was…my hopes dashed.
Before I tell you about the video from the Aasonida DC218 camera. Let me share with you the camera that is said to GET THE JOB DONE. It is more pricey but this is in line with industry standards.

Now let’s talk about video. Crisp? Yes. Audio? Solid. Tons of settings? Sure. But why is this camera obsessed with committing to one color like it’s in a toxic relationship? My house looked like a jar of mustard. The beach looked like I was filming underwater in a Smurf village. You can slow mo your blue or yellow life, time lapse it, and even shoot in different exposures all you want, but guess what? Still off. I played with the settings until I was literally blue in the face – pun fully intended, thank you very much. 
Conclusion:
If you are looking to find a full time camera to start your daily vlogging I would not recommend this camera unless you are a digital camera pro. I could not seem to find out how to get the visuals to be consistent and lifelike. I really feel like I did not get my money ‘s worth. There are some better digital cameras out there for vlogging.
